Morocco, Chile sign cooperation agreements

Morocco, Chile sign cooperation agreements:

"Visiting King Mohammed VI of Morocco and the president of Chile chaired, in Santiago Thursday, the signing ceremony of a framework agreement in culture and three memos of understanding on cooperation in agriculture, forests, animal and plants health, fisheries and aquaculture."

This is an interesting example of South-South cooperation. Of course, Chile and Morocco both have large areas of desert and of "Mediterranean" climate, as well as long sea coasts, so that the areas of technological cooperation make sense in an increasingly small world.

I suspect that Chile also has a lot of Moroccan heritage culturally, which it may now learn to value more. And both have vibrant modern cultures!
