The Peninsula On-line: Qatar -- Iraq education fund gets boost from S Korea:
"The International Fund for Higher Education (IFHE) in Iraq yesterday received a boost of $200,000 following a donation by the government of South Korea. The fund now has $16.5mn in its coffers and expects to receive more.
"The IFHE was established in October last year under the patronage of H H Sheikha Mouzah bint Nasser Al Missned, the Emir's Consort and Chairperson of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development in collaboration with the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco)."
