Cartoon is not really the word for this as it implies humor is involved.
Unfortunately this is a sad statement about the reality of Maryland's 4th District. Can you imagine the bluest county in one of the bluest states has sent this man to Congress? It is simply because voters expect him to do right. He knows that and he takes advantage of that.
All we must do is inform voters of his record. Once the voters know how Al Wynn votes, Donna Edwards will win in a landslide.
