Wolfowitz Joins Think Tank as Visiting Scholar - washingtonpost.com

Wolfowitz Joins Think Tank as Visiting Scholar - washingtonpost.com:

"He was an architect of the Iraq war who was forced from the World Bank presidency amid allegations that he improperly acted to benefit his girlfriend. Now, Paul D. Wolfowitz will turn his attention to the relatively calmer waters of Washington intelligentsia, as a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute."

Comment: I am happy to see this happen. By all reports, Wolfowitz is very smart and a very experienced policy analyst. At a think tank, he can give us the benefit of his thinking, putting it in the marketplace of ideas to be compared with the ideas of others and criticized by his peers. There is no indication that his conduct has ever been criminal, and his thinking is of potential benefit to the nation. JADSource: Baerenpost
