A cynical comment

William Tecumseh Sherman, when being considered as a candidate for President, said:

If drafted, I will not run; if nominated, I will not accept; if elected, I will not serve.

Today I think most of the candidates should say:

There is no chance of my being drafted. If nominated, I will not know how to run. If elected, I will not know how to govern.
