10 most underreported humanitarian stories of 2007

Doctors Without Borders has again published its list of the most underreported humanitarian stories of the year. The list, as always, reminds us that the poor people suffering in poor countries (Somalia, Congo, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Zimbabwe) get far too little media coverage. Unfortunately the doings of a few people who are famous for being famous seem to get the media attention that more important stories could use!
