Coursera, described in this video seems to be a great innovation, already providing high quality educational opportunities to millions. I suspect that the Coursera approach will not only be useful for adult education and continuing education, but will greatly influence the offerings of colleges and universities. On the other hand, I wonder how great the inertia will be in the higher education system, especially in those countries that could most benefit from the Coursera approach.

Daphne Koller: What we're learning from online education
Coursera, described in this video seems to be a great innovation, already providing high quality educational opportunities to millions.
